Who owns the system once it’s built?
That depends on what we build. With a package, we build and run the system and you make the decisions. Your data, logs and prompts are always yours; the system itself stays ours while we work together, and if Division 9 stops, it becomes yours. Custom SaaS is delivered into your own environment with the code and the documentation, so anyone can take it further.
How fast is the first part live?
Usually within two to four weeks. Before we start you get a scope with a fixed timeline, so you know exactly when.
Do we need to replace the tools we use now?
Almost never. Your tools are usually fine, they just don’t share data. We connect what works and only swap out what really gets in the way.
Why not just hire a developer?
A developer builds what you ask for. We first figure out what is worth building, then build it and keep it running. Most of the value is in that first step.
What if an agent makes a mistake?
Agents work within limits you set. Anything outside your rules goes to a person first. You decide what runs on its own and what needs your approval.
What happens after launch?
We keep it running and improving. Agents get retrained on new results, and when you’re ready, the next part goes in.
